  • Grow core brands in the retail market, leading product launches and promotional activity
  • Lead commercial activities across the retail channel in Ireland, preparing and completing Business Plans with group customers
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with accounts, supported by tight collaboration with the wider commercial and marketing teams
  • Influence market strategy with insights, forecasts, and account development plans that deliver long-term growth
  • Achieve sales, revenue, and financial objectives while coordinating approved budgets (P&L, promotions)

  • CRM system proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills

  • Collaborative and solution-focused, with a willingness to share insights across teams
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role
  • Consistent record of delivering sales growth
  • Commercially minded, persuasive, and confident in negotiations
  • Experience in a Key Account Management position. Ideally within similar sectors.
  • The ability to coach and mentor a sales team
