Tasks

-Grow core brands in the retail market, leading product launches and promotional activity -Lead commercial activities across the retail channel in Ireland, preparing and completing Business Plans with group customers -Build strong, trust-based relationships with accounts, supported by tight collaboration with the wider commercial and marketing teams -Influence market strategy with insights, forecasts, and account development plans that deliver long-term growth -Achieve sales, revenue, and financial objectives while coordinating approved budgets (P&L, promotions)

What You Bring

-CRM system proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills -A natural relationship builder who puts the customer at the centre -Strong commercial competence with confidence handling budgets and profitability -Full driving licence and willingness to travel (including some overnight stays) -Collaborative and solution-focused, with a willingness to share insights across teams -Flexible, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role -Consistent record of delivering sales growth -Commercially minded, persuasive, and confident in negotiations -Experience in a Key Account Management position. Ideally within similar sectors. -The ability to coach and mentor a sales team
