Tasks

-Drive a culture of safety and compliance by setting expectations, ensuring adherence to all training, standards, and IMEC requirements. -Lead and support the branch network to deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems effectively. -Monitor regional KPIs and performance metrics across branches, taking corrective actions when necessary. -Foster cross-departmental collaboration to efficiently acquire and seamlessly onboard new customers. -Promote a regional culture focused on a “growth mindset” and proactive business development. -Develop and maintain a strong leadership bench through mentorship/talent development. -All employees may be required to visit a customer site and/or complete a ride along with a field technician as part of their employment. -Analyze customer portfolios to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and target new markets, particularly those with low penetration. -Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure contract fulfillment. -Boost EBITDA through cost management, productivity gains, and best practices. -Recruit and retain branch leaders who embody our core values and can drive organizational growth -Manage the regional Risk & Opportunity pipeline to achieve financial objectives. -Develop and implement recovery and improvement plans for underperforming branches. -Develop and execute strategic plans to grow regional revenue and profitability. -Supervise regional construction and service operations to ensure client satisfaction and contract performance. -Ensure overall P&L performance, meeting revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets. -Regularly communicate with direct reports about KPIs, action items, and other important topics (i.e., one-on-one meetings). -Drive the expansion of emerging business segments across the region. -Oversee the integration of operational and cultural aspects of acquisitions within the region. -Develop a succession plan for all direct reports.

-Strong leadership skills -Excellent problem-solving skills -Computer knowledge must include MS Office- Word, Excel, and Outlook -Strong communication skills -Advanced knowledge of the HVAC-R industry10+ years of management experience -Detailed and accurate -Strong organizational skills -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Bachelor's degree preferred -Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; noise level is usually moderate.
