Overview
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for commercial and residential properties.

Tasks
-Notify Direct Supervisor of any incidents or situations that may result in an insurance claim on the site -Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act. -Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. -Perform all activities in compliance with Company Safety policies -Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. -Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. -Assisting with customers' queries. -Perform all work with forethought as to risk avoidance and within the safety of staff and tenants alike in mind -Perform or supervise periodic testing/ inspections of all fire alarms, smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and private hydrants -Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. -Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements. -Providing technical direction and on-the-job training. -Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. -Assure compliance with all fire and safety codes and regulations and to make precautionary repairs etc. where risks begin to appear -Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.

What You Bring
-Ability to be on-call for responding to after-hour emergencies. -Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions -HVAC service -Knowledge of and compliance with relevant occupational health and safety regulations and standards associated with maintenance operations and construction services is required -Ability to read and interpret building and site plans -Ability to work independently. -HVAC Certified required -Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings and holidays. -General Computer knowledge. -Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English. -Customer centric disposition; polite and courteous manner and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct -HVAC service education required -Must have a valid U.S. Driving License for the state in which services are to be performed; own a reliable vehicle and provide proof of insurance -Professional verbal and written communications. -Demonstrated superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. -Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem solving skills. -Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
