Tasks

-Conduct site inventory and analysis in both field and office settings -Design site layouts, grading, lighting, and landscaping -Manage project tasks and timelines to meet deliverables -Present design concepts to clients and collaborate with consultants -Develop feasibility studies and master plans -Create visual analyses, photo simulations, and 3D renderings -Work on meaningful projects that shape communities -Coordinate with municipal boards and agencies for approvals and permits -Perform construction administration duties, including site observations

What You Bring

-Experience in site analysis, feasibility studies, and urban planning -Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Land F/X, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS -Professional dress and hours aligned with project needs -Blend of field and office work for a well-rounded experience -Use of cutting-edge design tools and technologies -0–5 years of experience in landscape architecture or site design -Strong communication and organizational skills
