Tasks

-Creating content and managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand visibility and engagement. -Managing the point-of-sale (POS) experience — ensuring sales centers are visually engaging and brand-consistent. -Assisting in the design, creative development, and simple copywriting for all B2B and B2C marketing materials, both digital and print. -Support the Marketing Manager in executing immediate goals including show home launches, new website revamp, and advertising initiatives. -Contribute to the development of refreshed brand creative, ensuring Akash Homes advertising campaigns reflect an updated and cohesive brand identity. -Develop an understanding of the Akash Homes brand, its stakeholders (prospective homeowners, developers, etc), and the Akash Homes product portfolio. -Supporting the Sales team during community and developer events with on-site marketing and branding activities. -Collaborating with the Marketing Manager, Sales team, and external vendors to produce high-quality promotional materials. -Maintaining brand consistency and acting as the key point of contact for all visual and creative assets.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines — with minimal need for creative direction. -Demonstrated experience with content creation and social media management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). -Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools. -2–3 years of experience in a marketing or graphic design role (homebuilding or real estate experience is an asset but not required). -Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or Communications. -A strong eye for design, layout, and detail with a commitment to brand alignment. -Agency experience or familiarity with fast-paced creative production environments is considered a strong asset. -Must be detail oriented as this role requires a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
