What You Bring
-Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills. -Familiarity with regulatory and ethical considerations in AI, including NIST, EU AI Act, and other emerging standards. -Familiarity with AI assurance frameworks and third-party audit practices. -Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-relevant insights. -Strong understanding of AI development lifecycles, governance, and risk management frameworks. -Experience integrating RAI principles into enterprise AI platforms and cloud-native environments. -Practical experience with RAI tools and platforms (e.g., model explainability (XAI, SHAP and LIME) fairness assessment, monitoring). -Knowledge of data governance, privacy engineering, and cybersecurity as they relate to AI systems. -Experience with change management and organizational transformation related to AI adoption. -Ability to build and lead cross-functional working groups focused on AI risk and ethics. -Demonstrated ability to engage cross-functional teams and influence at all levels of the organization. -Proven experience standing up and leading a Responsible AI program within a complex organization.
