Tasks

To provide onsite emergency medical care and health support for project personnel, ensuring rapid response to medical incidents and maintaining health and safety compliance within the project environment. -Implement and uphold safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of all employees and company assets. -Communicate effectively with project management and relevant medical authorities. -Perform additional medical or health-related duties as required to support project objectives and maintain workforce well-being. -Deliver immediate first aid and advanced emergency medical care for project workers injured or becoming ill onsite or in transit. -Prepare accurate and timely medical reports for incidents and treatments provided. -Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain a productive work environment. -Maintain and monitor the availability of medical supplies and equipment necessary for onsite emergency care. -Activate and manage emergency response protocols to ensure timely evacuation and coordination with external medical facilities. -Support and participate in medical emergency drills and staff health awareness training tailored to the project environment. -Coordinate with the Project HSE team to identify health risks and participate in safety audits and risk assessments.

Requirements

What You Bring

-Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Medical Services or related field -Certifications (Preferred): ACLS, BLS, Occupational Health & Safety Training -3–4 years of experience as a paramedic, preferably within industrial or project-based environments.
