Tasks
-Culture & Inclusion Advocacy: Champion inclusion, diversity, wellness, and community involvement initiatives. -Talent & Performance Management: Oversee performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational capability assessments. -Strategic Leadership: Actively contribute to site leadership strategy, direction, and continuous improvement using Eaton frameworks (LeaderX, EBS, OpA, etc.). -Employee Engagement & Communication: Lead communication strategies, change management, and employee engagement through surveys and committees. -Policy & Compliance Guidance: Advise leadership on HR policies and legal compliance to support business objectives. -HR Target Achievement: Lead efforts to meet plant-level HR objectives aligned with corporate and business group initiatives. -HR Strategy Development: Create and implement site-specific HR strategies and goals to drive culture, compliance, and performance. -Process Excellence: Drive HR functional excellence by deploying Eaton programs and standardizing sustainable HR processes across the enterprise. -Compensation & Lifecycle Ownership: Manage compensation, recognition programs, and promote leadership accountability for the employee lifecycle. -Talent Acquisition & Development: Guide hiring strategies, retention planning, and employee development/training compliance.

What You Bring
-Must be able to handle sensitive information confidentially. -Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. This means that Eaton will not support any CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT plans, F-1 to H-1B, H-1B cap registration, O-1, E-3, TN status, I-485 job portability, etc. -PHR or SPHR certification. -Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment. -Four (4) years of progressive experience in Human Resources. -Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. -Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align Eaton policies and practices. -Two (2) years of experience working in a manufacturing or distribution environment. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Proven ability to deal with conflict and diffuse difficult situations. -Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal across a wide audience. -Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Master's degree in Human Resources or Business from an accredited institution. -Five (5) years supporting manufacturing -Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities. -Seven (7) years progressive experience in Human Resources. -General knowledge of federal, state, city and county employment laws and ability to apply legal concepts to real world situations. -Proven ability to influence and work effectively across all levels in a highly-matrixed environment. -Experience with the Eaton Business System (EBS) or other similar integrated business system.
