Ensure documentation is available and properly formatted for design reviews.
Monitor documentation workflows to ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
Coordinate the development, review, and timely delivery of vendor equipment packages.
Collaborate with designers and discipline leads to integrate vendor data into engineering deliverables.
Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, and vendors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
Maintain organized project records, schedules, and SharePoint repositories.
Support RFQ preparation, bid evaluations, and procurement documentation.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and keep projects on track.
5–7 years of experience in coordination or design support roles within EPCM, EPC, engineering consulting, or construction. Experience with mining, industrial and/or oil & gas projects will be considered an asset.
Bachelor’s Degree and eligible for registration as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with APEGS or another Canadian provincial association.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint); experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools is an asset.
Strong understanding of vendor equipment packages, technical documentation, and procurement workflows.
