-Fluently communicate in English to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. -Proven experience of at least 8 years in BIM coordination and project management within the AEC industry. -Demonstrate a strong understanding of IFC standards, OpenBIM workflows, and model coordination to ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines. -Familiarity with BIM execution planning, Common Data Environment (CDE), and interdisciplinary collaboration. -Excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines. -Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. -Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred. -Ability to train teams on BIM standards and enforce data consistency throughout the project. -Proficiency in using software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and clash detection workflows. -Strong knowledge and understanding of IFC standards, OpenBIM workflows, and model coordination. -Proficiently use software such as Revit, Navisworks, Solibri, and clash detection workflows to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts within BIM models. -Utilize your architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) background to effectively coordinate BIM projects.
