Tasks

-Proactively build a portfolio and pipeline of properties. -Manage the process of a tenant moving into and vacating a property and any maintenance issues which may arise. -Provide exceptional customer service. -Hit company KPI’s on Google and Feefo customer reviews. -Call landlords from Reapit, Dubizzle and database sheets to sell the benefits of Property Management to them. -Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of the landlord.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Property Manager to join our award-winning Property Management team. We are looking for someone who is driven, customer focused, able to work well under pressure and can use their own initiative. -Driving license and a car is preferred. -Excellent at building and maintaining strong working relationships. -Experience in Dubai is essential. -Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales role. -Experience of speaking to clients over the telephone in a persuasive manor. -Knowledge of the Dubai Real Estate market is preferred. -Confident working in a commission focused environment (high risk, high reward!)
