Tasks

-Contribute to a wide range of project assignments through all phases, including master planning, 2D and 3D visualizations, conceptual design, public consultation, detailed design, and construction administration -Support our Landscape Architecture & Urban Design team on public space projects, urban design, land development -Assist in the production of high quality graphics and presentation materials through innovative workflows to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders -Support on proposal preparation and report writing -Collaboration with staff, city/government agencies, and other consultants -Contribute to Dillon's corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees

The program focuses on a mix of skills and behaviours that align with technical, consulting, clients, business acumen, and early leadership. -Working knowledge of the planning and municipal approvals process -Graduate of a recognized Landscape Architecture program from an accredited university or college. -Ability to work in a collaborative team environment -Business travel to other Dillon offices upon request -1-3 years’ experience utilizing the following computer design software: AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D workflows including Rhino, SketchUp and Lumion. Working knowledge of LandFX would be an added value. -Attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency -Valid “G” class driver’s license.
