Tasks

-Enforce Modern Niagara’s safety standards and ensure all work complies with regulations -Inspect and verify installations meet quality, design, and code requirements -Mentor and support apprentices and team members in skill development -Organize daily work plans, review blueprints, and ensure tools and materials are ready -Troubleshoot challenges and support efficient, practical solutions -Lead and supervise sheet metal crews on active job sites -Work with one of Canada’s leading mechanical and building systems contractors -Communicate progress and updates to project teams and management

What You Bring

-Experience in commercial or institutional projects is a strong asset -Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills -Proven leadership or foreperson experience in ICI settings for 5 or more years -Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker certification -Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
