Board Up Technician

Overview

Perform board ups, property maintenance, and support field operations.

Tasks

-Maintain company assets (equipment, vehicles, etc.) keeping them clean, properly maintained and fully stocked to be available at all times -Driving company vehicles with trailers -Perform marketing tasks to sell additional services or develop additional business as required -Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork -Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner -Meet deadlines

What You Bring

-Able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds -Willing to train supporting team members (stewardship) -Valid Driver's License -Possess or have the ability and willingness to learn and participate in performing: -Ability to read and understand maps & directions -Commercial grass cutting & snow removal -Strong written and verbal communication skills -Excellent communication skills -Professional appearance and personality -Team player who can work independently
