Backend Field Engineer (2 Years Contract)

Overview

Operate & maintain datacentre, install/troubleshoot security systems and backend devices.

Tasks

-Be stationed in the Datacentre during Project and Maintenance phase of the project -Assist in day to day operation in a Datacentre for the project / maintenance team -Assist to add and troubleshoot on any site devices that need to be added to the backend (if any) -Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to: General security systems, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems -Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems). -Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground
