Key Account Representative II

Overview

Develop and manage relationships with commercial/industrial customers to grow sales and service.

Tasks

-Represent the company in targeted local/regional trade and business shows. -Identify and sell Energy Efficiency opportunities. -Represent and advocate for customer needs with internal departments by -directing issues to the proper channels for resolution and improving customer -Participate in community meetings to facilitate productive communication between the -Manage input of all sales leads and opportunities into company CRM -Manage input of Energy Efficiency leads and wins into the CRM system -Work directly with large and strategic commercial & industrial and municipal customers to assess natural gas, electric and / or water opportunities and develop a comprehensive sales proposal. -One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region allowing our -One of several points of contact for shared accounts in each Region -representing the company at business and community events.
