Tasks

-Coordinate Material Take-off (MTO) activities at various stage of the project and control overall MTO till mechanical Completion -Leading Feed and Detail Engineering activities. -Review of piping content for mechanical packages. -Preparation of Equipment layouts and plot plan. -Coordinating multi-discipline, multi-office project activities -Review of Client requirements, ITB. -Leading and Guiding team consisting of Piping Engineers and Designers -Procurement activity for piping items covering preparation of enquiry specification, review of quotes and preparation of TR, preparation of order specifications. -Coordination with client, presenting model to client in client model review during 30 %, 60%, 90% review.

What You Bring

-Deliverable Planning skills for large projects. -Good understanding of design software Plant 3D, S3D, E3D. -Manpower Planning Skills for larger team. -Knowledge of 3D review software like Navisworks and SPR. -Good Knowledge of OISD/PESO/Gas cylinder Rules/SMPV Rules -Good Awareness of Piping material Specifications, Knowledge of Piping Supports and support standards -Good Knowledge of Chemical system Piping and Layout. -Knowledge of Equipment Erection /Maintenance/Operation, methodology of industry process Equipment. -Good Knowledge of 3D Project Execution methods -Large project estimation/ proposal preparation.
