Tasks
The purpose of the job holder is to conduct bench-scale test and pilot testing related to the company's separation process technology. The individual will work closely with process engineers and sales team to develop and commercialize new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a passion for innovation in separation processes. -Investigate and resolve discrepancies identified during bench-scale tests and pilot testing. -Leverage machine learning techniques and Python programming to analyze experimental data, optimize separation processes, and support predictive modeling for process development. -Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to separation processes. -Develop and review validation protocols for bench-scale tests and pilot testing. -Collaborate with process engineers to develop new technologies and improve existing ones. -Work with the sales team to develop commercialization strategies for new technologies. -Design and conduct bench-scale tests and pilot testing related to the company’s separation process technology. Some tests may require a rotating shift schedule.

What You Bring
-2 to 5 years of analytical testing and/or pilot testing experience in pharmaceutical, petrochemical, chemical or flavor and fragrance environment. -Experience applying ML algorithms to chemical/process engineering datasets is an advantage. -Knowledge of separation processes such as distillation, liquid-liquid extraction, and crystallization. -Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or PyTorch) for data analysis and predictive modeling. -Awareness for safe handling of chemicals, potentially dangerous materials, and equipment. -With process engineering background are welcome to apply. -Degree in Chemical engineering, Process Engineering, Biochemical engineering, Environmental engineering or related fields -Basic knowledge and experience in analytical chemistry, including experience with various analytical equipment is an advantage. -Experience designing and conducting bench-scale tests and pilot testing, as well as developing and reviewing validation protocols is an advantage.
