Tasks

-Leverage technology and systems, and collaboration tools to drive efficiencies across the team -Coordinate and support project delivery and cross-functional initiatives -Work with other Executive Assistant’s to support each other to build a one Ryman culture -Be the trusted partner to our Chief Customer and Technology Officer and Chief People and Safety Officer -Organise meetings, travel, and events with precision and care -Drive efficiency and enable strategic delivery across Customer, Technology, and People functions -Manage complex calendars, communications, and reporting -Presentation Design: Creating clear, professional decks -Shared File Management: Maintaining organised, accessible team resources -Proactively plan and prioritise work to support both executives -Prepare and maintain high-quality presentations, reports, and ensure information is easily accessed in shared files

-Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach -Collaboration Tools: Teams, SharePoint, and other digital platforms -Clear communicator who values simplicity and clarity -Based in our modern Christchurch office -Reporting & Data Handling: Accuracy and attention to detail -Calm, resilient, and adaptable in the face of change -Microsoft Office Suite: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word -Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities -Proven experience supporting senior executives in a similar role -Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and shared file management -Strong technology skills and ability to leverage systems for efficiency -Calendar & Travel Management: Complex scheduling and logistics
