Tasks

-Ensure all dive operations are conducted in full compliance with ADCI Consensus Standards, U.S. Coast Guard regulations, and site-specific safety protocols. -Lead pre-dive briefings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses. -Communicate with clients, project managers, and engineers regarding site conditions, findings, and project updates. -Assist in transport of dive gear, including trailering utility trailers and boats. -Coordinate mobilization/demobilization of dive spreads and support vessels. -Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the field, including equipment malfunctions, environmental challenges, or emergent safety concerns. -Maintain oversight of the dive team , safety and equipment during all phases of the dive. -Serve as the designated Dive Supervisor on underwater projects involving inspection, construction, repair, and maintenance. -Ensure all dive logs, reports, and safety records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

What You Bring

-Valid Driver’s License -DOT-compliant medical examination and fitness to dive -Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience -ADCI Diver Supervisor Certification is required -Familiarity with surface-supplied air diving systems, underwater tools, NDT methods, and inspection reporting -Travel up to 50% is required and work in various environments, depending on home office location. -Commercial Diving Certification from an accredited institution -Highschool Diploma/GED -Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills -Minimum of 6 years of diving experience, including 2+ years as a dive supervisor -Strong knowledge of diving physics, physiology, and emergency response protocols -ADCI Dive Supervisor Certification
