Sales Coordinator- Marketing, CRM &Data Support

Tasks

-Help maintain relationships with customers as required -process quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for job set up -Maintain and update customer records in Microsoft Dynamics CRM -Coordinate with field technicians and service teams using XOi Vision for job documentation and customer communication -Constantly analyzes for ways to improve individual and/or company performance -Process quotes, proposals, and purchase orders for job set up -Assist in tracking and reporting sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline metrics -Provide administrative support for sales meetings and presentations -Create and distribute marketing materials, including flyers and promotional content -Represents company in a positive and professional manner -Generate dashboards and reports using Power BI to support sales forecasting and performance analysis -Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns using CRM tools -Support planning and logistics for customer-facing events, trade shows, and internal sales initiatives

What You Bring

-Work Ethic of loyalty, integrity, pride, perseverance, accountability, respect and teamwork -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Strong detail orientation -Familiarity with XOi Vision or willingness to learn quickly -Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively -Maintains positive attitude and morale -Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms including PowerBI -Interacts effectively with all members of the organization and all outside associates -Strong organizational and communication skills -Strong ambition and highly motivated to succeed -Thinks strategically and takes into account long-term implications of one’s actions -HVAC industry experience preferred but not required
