Tasks

-Perform as the Project Safety Monitor. Ensure that all health and safety project plans are implemented -Manage all subcontractor activities -Attend and document Safety, Subcontractor and Owner meetings -Provide input and assistance with pre-job planning, strategizing and conceptual scheduling -With Superintendent, lead and supervise the workers and monitor work performance -Track/record construction documents, punch lists and changes -Mentor subordinates and promote team atmosphere reflecting BOND’s values -Work collaboratively with management by keeping them informed of progress, summarizing information and trends

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. -Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and able to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment -Demonstrated experience with scheduling process and use of a project plan -BS in engineering or related discipline or equivalent work experience in the Construction Industry -Must have excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables -Must have a robust knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) -Possesses knowledge of Owner Contracts, drawings, subcontractor agreements, scope and risk management mitigation -Requires exceptional supervisory, interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain positive working relationships -Builder’s license and appropriate education and certifications (OSHA, First Aid, CPR, etc.) -Exhibits a thorough understanding of construction knowledge, including but not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, mechanical and electrical -Perform basic take-offs and has estimating skills for change order work -Fully understand the scheduling process and related software; able to actively status the field progress and update schedule
