Tasks

-Provide support to Management; -Work with various stakeholders, including Regulatory Affairs, Engineering Services, Business Development, Transmission Planning, and Long-Term Asset Planning, in developing execution strategies; -Developing project trackers, monitoring and managing progress and providing progress updates on filings, as required; -Management of the overall master lists and change management; -Support on the submission and approval of documentation including FEED Alignment Documents (FADs), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and project proposals; -Identifying and management of schedule risks; -Managing, tracking and facilitating the approval of all new support requests. This includes reviewing requests and recommending appropriate action.

What You Bring

-Strong written and oral communication skills; -A university degree in Engineering or technical Project Management or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience; -The ability to consider differing points of view; -The ability to multitask;. -Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; -Experience with MS SharePoint -Experience dealing with customers internally and externally; -Strong interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships with members of various teams; -A background in regulatory strategy and process is considered an asset;
