Manage intercompany month‑end close, reporting, reconciliations and SOX compliance.

Tasks

-Contribute ideas and action towards process improvement initiatives. -Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations as per defined Quality Criteria. -Own end to end month end process for JCI entities, accruals reconciliations. On time and accurate month end close and balance sheet reconciliations -Drive Transformation and Continuous Improvement Projects -Support the organization in strategic projects and initiatives. -Ensure appropriate and timely information / responses are provided to auditors for smooth completion of Audits. -Ensures all implemented processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date -Ensure compliance to SOX and other Internal Controls. -Pending Intercompany requests (either Sending or Receiving) and provides status updates to parties who will need to action such requests -Ensuring timely payments for Statutory, utility payments -Support Business and other teams with requested information in a timely manner. -Responsible for timely and accurate completion of Month End Close activities (Revenue recognition, accruals, provisions, reserves calculation, journal entries preparation / posting) and reporting. -Coordinating and resolving aged reconciling items and disputes

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills – verbal and written. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing competing deadlines. -Minimum 4 -14 years’ experience in Record to Report / Financial Accounting process. -Experience in any global ERP including SAP / Oracle / BAAN -Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills -Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure -Required experience 4 to 8 years. -HFM / One Stream Reporting -Ok to work in shared services and flexible with shifts -Fulltime Chartered Accountant / M.com/MBA / B.Com -Hands-on experience in Month End Closing, HFM / One Stream reporting / ERP. -Fulltime B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) / CA / CMA. -HFM / FDM experience
