Senior Infrastructure/Facilities Specialist (MEP)

Tasks

-Provide reports on the progress of the Infra/Facilities (MEP) design Phases and advising on corrective actions required to support the Program delivery. -Reviewing key Infra/Facilities (MEP) design outputs & submissions in line with the Program requirements, Agreed targets and Statutory Legal approvals and permits -Review & provide feedback on municipality and community Infra/Facilities (MEP) facilities. -Support Infra/Facilities (MEP) design management oversight and review throughout the Program design Phases on behalf of client. -Provide technical oversight for site utilities, water supply, sewage, drainage, power distribution, HVAC, and other facility services. -Monitor 3rd party consultant/s Infra/Facilities (MEP) design designs outputs to meet the design intent, program design objectives and key deliverables. -Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff within the MEP infrastructure team. -Lead and manage the PMS scope in relation to MEP infrastructure design, planning, and review activities. -Identify potential technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for MEP infrastructure systems. -Coordinate with civil, structural, and other engineering teams to ensure integrated infrastructure solutions. -Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to present technical solutions and recommendations. -Support long-term operational efficiency and maintainability of facility and utility systems. -Review & provide relevant feedback on the infrastructure provisions provided by the Lead Developer & associated entities for Infra/Facilities (MEP) required to service the Program. -Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements. -Review & provide relevant feedback on Public Realm Strategy, Approach and Plans informing hierarchy, character and interconnectivity and Infra/Facilities (MEP) service. -Review and approve MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical reports for compliance with local codes, standards, and best practices.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in design and modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Civil 3D, or equivalent). -Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; Master’s degree preferred. -Proven experience on large-scale land development or urban infrastructure projects, preferably in GCC countries and Saudi Arabia. -Strong knowledge of MEP codes, standards, and regulatory requirements in KSA. -15+ years of experience in MEP infrastructure and facilities design, planning, and management.
