  • Assist in preparing project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning and overseeing construction projects.
  • Resolve issues or conflicts during the construction process.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality completion of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.

  • Experience with HCSS.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and project management.
  • Experience with Procore and construction management.
  • 2-8 years of field experience in heavy civil/underground utilities construction.
  • Proficiency with RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
  • Experience in construction, specifically heavy civil construction and underground utilities.
  • Strong communication skills with experience interfacing with clients.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
