Tasks

SRG Global is seeking an Accounts Manager with our asset maintenance division. This position is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of scaffolding access projects within the commercial and industrial sectors across the Metro region. This role oversees project planning, execution, commercial performance, client engagement, and compliance, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The role also provides operational support to regional business units in the North and South West. -Attend site meetings, report on progress, and address client feedback in a timely and professional manner. -Work closely with the Contracts and Commercial teams to support accurate RCTI, progress claims, variations, EOTs, and delay claims. -Lead and mentor supervisors, site coordinators, and labour teams to ensure efficient delivery -Manage the full project lifecycle from tender/project award and handover to demobilisation and close-out -Lead project execution, coordinating with yard, logistics, site, and estimating teams.
