The Role

Lead digital marketing strategy, platforms, and innovation for multifamily properties.

Tasks

-Ensure content accuracy, usability, and brand consistency across all digital properties. -Support transitions and acquisitions with digital platform setup and branding. -Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to enhance user experience and functionality. -Manage and optimize corporate digital platforms including Asana, Entrata, Box, Jostle, Engage, SharePoint, and other CMS and collaboration tools. -Evaluate and implement new digital tools to support marketing and resident engagement. -Lead onboarding and integration of new tools and platforms. -Lead issue resolution and troubleshooting across marketing technologies and integrations. -Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on digital tools and best practices. -Manage email marketing platforms such as Entrata Message Center, Mailchimp or other similar tools. -Oversee the strategy and performance of property websites and resident portals. -Research and recommend new marketing vendors and technologies. -Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversion. -Maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure service quality and innovation. -Partner with content, creative, and operations teams to align digital strategies with broader marketing goals. -Develop and execute email campaigns that support leasing, retention, and corporate initiatives.

What You Bring

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. -Excellent project management and vendor coordination abilities. -Experience in multifamily or property management marketing strongly preferred. -10+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or digital operations. -Proficiency in CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and collaboration software. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience a plus) -Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking and reporting. -Some travel required to the properties at least once a month plus key company conferences and industry events
