Tasks

-Picks/Packs/Ships all orders accurately and efficiently. -Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat. -Maintain orderliness in the warehouse and work areas, always. -Pick orders from their assigned bin location by using WMS software. -Assist with shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise. -Performs all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures. -Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment. -Assist in counting physical inventory and inventory control. -Pulling materials, packing boxes, and placing orders in delivery area. -May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need. -Communicates relevant information with peers and leadership allowing them to fulfill their duties. -Assist in counting of physical inventory and inventory control. -Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards. -Conducts training and cross-training of knowledge and expertise within area of responsibility.

-Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball.” -Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access). -Heavy work. Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects. -Previous warehouse experience. -Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status). -Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection. -Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services. -Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately. -Forklift certification or the ability to attain. -High school diploma or equivalent. -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality. -Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion. -Valid driver’s license may be required dependent on work location. -Normal office environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment.
