Tasks

-Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings. -Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems. -Plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from the initial programming stages through to construction administration. -Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents. Develop, modify, and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. -Review construction submittals and assist the project manager in construction administration. -Research materials to determine the appropriate selection for the project.

What You Bring

-Demonstrated experience using REVIT, proficiency is required -Competency with Sketchup and PhotoShop software is a plus -Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of project stakeholders such as clients, AHJ’s, contractors, design team, etc. -Strong verbal and writing communication skills -Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture with licensure. -Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of programs. -Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with project stakeholders. -Minimum of 5 years applicable experience in large Corporate/ Commercial design projects
