Tasks

-Assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction works to ensure compliance with statutory regulations and client requirements. -Conduct regular site inspections to ensure contractor compliance with health and safety regulations (MOM). -Inspect and supervise architectural works and verify the quality of finishing materials delivered to site. -Collaborate closely with C&S QP, Resident Engineer, other Resident Technical Officers, and contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely project completion. -Supervise structural and geotechnical works, identifying any non-conformities in contractor performance. -Maintain and update comprehensive site records, including project progress, site meetings, safety records, method statements, shop drawings, and as-built submissions. -Implement and maintain site supervision quality and safety assurance systems. -Review and verify method statements and drawings, including authority submissions and shop drawings. -Monitor project schedules and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

-Accredited with IES/ACES and holding a valid Resident Technical Officer Practicing Certificate (RTO). -Recognized Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering, eligible for registration with IES/ACES.
