Join a vibrant, diverse, and multidisciplinary office in Cork. Working directly with our Senior Architectural Technologist, you will provide support to project teams working in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment for the successful technical delivery of projects from the concept phase through detailed design, construction and handover on our high-profile Science, Industry and Technology (SIT) projects.

  • Collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules, and specifications.
  • Deliver full design services tailored to our client needs, from concept design through to project handover.
  • Support design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Be responsible for the successful delivery of projects under the supervision of the Project Leadership
  • Actively engage with the development of tools to support efficient working practices and automation.

  • Ability to manage the design and delivery of medium to large, technical projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team is beneficial.
  • Skilled in REVIT and experience working in a BIM environment is required.
  • Knowledge of the Irish Building Regulations and BCAR system and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with all stakeholder, clients, consultants etc.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years postgraduate experience.
  • Proven experience in the delivery of complex, highly technical projects working as part of a multidisciplinary team as well as individually.
  • Project experience working on complex buildings.
  • Strong knowledge in producing detail design packages, specifications and delivering projects through detailed design, construction and handover in Ireland or the UK.
  • Bachelor’s degree of Architectural Technology.
