Overview
Manage Atlantic Canada carrier ops, analyze data, oversee logistics, and drive performance.

Tasks
-Work with finance and cement teams on monthly cost forecasts and monitoring tools. -Calibrate optimal fleet size and renewal and track key expenditures for business planning and budgeting. -Maintain insights on trends, establish data matrices for analytical decisions, and build data dashboards to drive continuous improvement. -Develop, manage, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive team performance. -Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviours. -Promote a performance culture for superior customer service and timely, safe product delivery. -Participate in studies to improve the operational and financial effectiveness of the division. -Ensure freight and transportation relationships and processes are effectively implemented and maintained, balancing cost, service, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. -Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests. -Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and a strong understanding of computer knowledge, with SAP or other ERP systems experience being a plus. -Familiarity with road transportation, DoT regulations, and the geography of Atlantic Canada. -2-5 years of Sales, Operational, Logistics, Distribution, or Business management experience. -Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team, make quick decisions, and solve problems. -Exceptional customer orientation with strong client relationship-building skills and market acumen.
