What You Bring

-Security Clearance & Government Scheduling Experience: Holds a current NV1 clearance and has experience delivering Acquisition and First/Second Pass Government schedules. -Stakeholder Engagement & Responsiveness: Demonstrated capability to proactively identify and respond to stakeholder needs to meet program objectives. -Defence Framework Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the One Defence Capability System and experience within the CASG environment. -Autonomous Planning & Scheduling Expertise: Ability to work independently with sound judgement to deliver detailed and outcome-focused schedules. -Strong Communication & Initiative: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with initiative and problem-solving ability in a complex scheduling environment. -Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Expertise: Proven experience in developing, maintaining, and managing IMS for complex Defence programs. -Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Strong ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and functional teams to ensure schedule integrity and alignment. -Proficiency in Scheduling Tools: Skilled in using Open Plan Professional (OPP) Version 8 or higher, with deep knowledge of Defence scheduling practices.
