Role

Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across the GCC, Europe, and beyond
Oversee operations across manufacturing, production, project delivery, and quality assurance
Provide regular, transparent reporting to the Board of Directors
Champion lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and other key partners
Ensure compliance with governance, legal, and regulatory standards
Drive P&L performance, revenue growth, and operational efficiency
Inspire and lead a high-performing executive and management team
Lead and execute the company’s strategic vision in alignment with board directives
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and innovative organizational culture

Demonstrated success in strategic planning, business development, and financial oversight
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
15–20+ years of progressive leadership experience in industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, or composites
