-Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the GCC region -Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis -Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring, with a focus on real estate -Strong experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land) -Proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance -Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes -Proficiency in Arabic is a plus -MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred -Fluency in English is required -Prior exposure to the GCC region is highly desirable -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field -Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management is essential -+7 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity)
