Tasks
-Implement client feedback mechanisms to monitor satisfaction and address concerns promptly. -Coordinate implementation of approved scope expansions, ensuring seamless integration into existing operations. -Develop and present proposals to clients for additional services, upgrades, or operational enhancements. -Partner with business development and operations growth teams to identify annual scope expansion opportunities. -Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required materials to meet client and regulatory requirements. -Interpret and facilitate Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements to ensure compliance and competitive positioning. -Track KPIs for recompete success rates, scope expansion revenue, and client satisfaction scores. -Identify opportunities for process improvements and support training and development initiatives. -Work closely with operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align recompete and expansion strategies with company objectives. -Serve as a point of contact for key clients, ensuring proactive communication and relationship management. -Oversee the preparation of proposals, compliance documentation, and operational plans for existing client contracts. -Manage all aspects of contract recompete processes. -Ensure all processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved. -Support initiatives that enhance service quality, responsiveness, and overall client experience.

What You Bring
-Significant experience applying project management principles to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. -Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. -High School Diploma/GED is required. -Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Demonstrated success in managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships over long-term contracts. -Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams through proposal development, contract negotiations, and service delivery. -Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. -Strategic and results-oriented mindset. -Experience working with large utility organizations, including but not limited to water and wastewater sectors, is highly desirable. -Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) interpretation and facilitation in the recompete process.
