Service Hydronics Technician

Overview

Install, maintain, and troubleshoot residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems.

Tasks

-Diagnose and troubleshoot hydronic issues, including leaks, pressure problems, and combustion irregularities -Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions -Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards -Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems -Perform routine maintenance, including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components -Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components -Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites -Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping -Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations

What You Bring

-Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision -Position attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills -Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record -Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps -Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work -Commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics experience
