Tasks

-Oversee project budgets, resources, and ensure high-quality outcomes in line with Arup’s Quality Management System. -Manage the production of technical drawings, reports, and specifications. -Lead the design and delivery of stormwater, utilities, and civil geometric designs for transport, water, and energy projects. -Provide technical leadership to the local team and guide multidisciplinary collaboration. -Represent the team in client meetings and business development activities, contributing to bid strategies and the winning of key infrastructure projects.

What You Bring

-A Bachelor of Engineering degree (Washington Accord), with CPEng registration preferred. -Expertise in project delivery, including the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. -10+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure projects in New Zealand. -Proficiency in 12d software for stormwater and civil geometric design. -Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop a growing team.
