Tasks

-Accurately manage inventory, inventory movement and security of all fire alarm devices, sprinkler, and suppression equipment inventory -Timely and accurately receive parts as it is critical to provide excellent customer service -Conduct monthly safety audits to ensure the warehouse is safe and secure -Manage warehouse, accurately control inventory and provide organizational skills -Inventory adjustments managed and maintained on a weekly cycle -Implement circuit board and electronic parts return program -Inventory control by following the process identified, keeping accurate and timely records for each project customer. -Communicate tracking information of parts that are shipped

What You Bring

-Strong computer knowledge of computer software to include MS Office -1+ years of equivalent Inventory Control experience -Spot check inventory accuracy for all levels of service department employees -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision -High School diploma or equivalent -Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly -Work weekly report to demonstrate activity to reconcile negatives
