Overview

Lead ODOT roadway projects, manage design, budgets, and client relationships.

Tasks

-Maintain quality control of the work product -Actively lead projects for ODOT and local agencies, has existing relationships and interest in developing relationships with ODOT and local agencies -Mentor junior level staff and collaborate with Operation Leaders, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers across the firm -Support proposal development and client relationship management with local and state agencies -Lead the design and monitor task performance indicators such as budget, schedule, and risk

What You Bring

-Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools· -Lead quality review processes and has knowledge of local and state standards and preferences -Experience leading design tasks or serving as roadway design lead -Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited civil or transportation engineering program -Proficient in MS Office -PE registration in the State of Ohio, or ability to be registered with reciprocity -Great communication and team leadership skills -Experience with Bentley OpenRoads/Civil 3D a plus -Prior proposal development and client relationship management experience is desirable. Relationships with ODOT or local agencies a plus -5+ years of related roadway design and project management experience. Knowledge of ODOT design standards is a plus
