Tasks

-Advocate for the Voice of the Customer in all product decisions. -Lead and develop the Systems Analyst team, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development. -Manage staffing levels and facilitate employee training and progression. -Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT to deliver secure, scalable, and integrated digital solutions. -Develop and monitor KPIs for product adoption, engagement, and ROI. -Create dashboards and reporting tools to measure performance and inform decision-making. -Own the day-to-day operations of the Design Studio team. -Lead new product launches and enhancements for digital tools, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. -Facilitate training and enablement for internal stakeholders and customers on digital tools. -Collaborate with Marketing to align digital products with brand strategy, campaigns, and customer journey goals. -Promote a transparent and positive work environment. -Support digital marketing initiatives through product-related content, automation, and analytics. -Define and execute the strategic roadmap for digital tools and platforms, including Design Tools, Configurators, Part Finders & Calculators. -Partner with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and the Project Resource Center to gather customer insights and translate them into product features. -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and innovation.

What You Bring

-Skilled in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. -Experience with digital transformation, customer-facing platforms, and product launches. -Analytical mindset with experience in digital analytics, tagging, attribution, and dashboard development. -Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. -Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to operate under pressure. -Experience working within Agile and Scrum frameworks on cross-functional product teams. -Project management experience. -Experience leading cross-functional teams in CPQ automation workflows and CAD automation systems. -Minimum of 2 years of management or leadership experience. -7–10 years of experience in product management, marketing, or related roles. -Strong understanding of UX/CX principles, digital engagement strategies, and marketing automation. -Familiarity with ADS-specific products and applications. -Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred. -Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities. -Proven experience in digital product management, preferably in B2B or technical industries. -Experience with CMS, CRM (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation platforms (Pardot preferred). -Ability to travel up to 10%.
