Installation Manager

Overview

Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, installations, and customer service for Bath Authority.

Tasks

-Receives and oversees all inventory levels for Operations including Polaris’ shipments. -Ensures installers keep to expected work schedules and arrive to job sites in a timely manner. -Utilizes technology to assist in inventory control and communicate with internal and external partners. -Manages all documentation into CRM including but not limited to checks and cash receipts, service tickets, installer invoices, and vendor invoices. -Prepares the warehouse daily for installations and receipt of materials shipments. -Escalates any product or installation related issues immediately.

What You Bring

-Inventory Control 1 year (Preferred) -Warehouse Management 2 years (Preferred) -Experience in home remodeling or industry warehousing seen preferably. -Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. -Positive attitude and self-motivated -Physical ability to stand, sit, stoop, climb, lift, and carry up to 80 lbs. repeatedly. -Microsoft Office 1 year (Preferred) -The ability to work independently with or without direct supervision. -High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. -Previous warehouse, inventory and customer order management experience preferred. -Numerical proficiency - counting, and basic/intermediate math including fractions and decimal places, as well as an understanding of window measurements.
