What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing -Hold Safety Critical Competencies COSS CRP and PC -Experience of organising and controlling the safe and efficient delivery of work -Have a full driving licence, to drive vehicles as required by the business? -Have several years of experience working in either maintenance or installation. -Hold or be working towards an NVQ level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant subject or have attained the appropriate level of knowledge gained through equivalent relevant experience -Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and instructions -A clear and inspirational leader with a strong sense of direction -Hold Tr04 and Tr11 Competence -Able and willing to drive vehicles as required by business need, this may also include driving vehicles up to 7.5t and a requirement to upgrade their driving licence by undertaking additional training -Knowledge of discipline-specific maintenance, inspection, faulting and renewal techniques -Experience developing others
