Tasks

Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch, in person and via phone, the Famous Way. In this role, you help contractor customers get the materials they need so they can get back to their job. -Manage Open Orders and customer Bids -Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs -Process and schedule customer orders -Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers -Provide friendly and helpful customer service -Keep counter area clean and organized

What You Bring

-Ability to use computer -Forklift experience -HVAC and/or Plumbing knowledge -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment -Warehouse Experience -Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8-hour day -RF Scanner Experience -Customer service mindset -Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
