The Role

Overview

Design residential/commercial site layouts, grading, drainage, and related civil works

Tasks

-Develop site design plans including layout, grading, storm drainage, water and sanitary sewer systems; produce mass grading plans, roadway grades, alignments, and earthwork calculations. -Prepare construction quantity takeoffs, subdivision layouts, supporting calculations, and permitting documents. -Coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and perform both field work and office-based design tasks.

-Strong regional presence and recognition as a Top MWBE firm in the Triangle. -Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S) or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering -5+ years of experience of civil site/CADD design experience -Time Off: PTO based on experience level—3 weeks for junior staff, 4 for mid-level, and 5 for senior roles.
