Role includes inspection planning, manpower scheduling, report consolidation, client engagement, and ensuring adherence to quality Responsible for leading and supervising the QC inspection team for residential Mivan -Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and support audits. -Lead and allocate inspection activities across multiple projects. -Monitor day-to-day civil inspections (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, finishing works). -Plan manpower schedules and identify technical support requirements. -Conduct training and mentor QC engineers. -Represent QC team in client kick-off meetings and technical discussions. -Identify lapses and raise NCRs with corrective measures. -Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ITP/MTP requirements. -Collect, review, and consolidate QC reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

What You Bring

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years (Residential Mivan High-rise & Conventional construction projects) -BE in Civil Engineering. -Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities. -Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, NCR handling, ITP/MTP. -10+ years of QA/QC experience in high-rise residential projects (Mivan & Conventional). -Prior third-party inspection experience is an advantage. -Leadership and client-handling skills. -Strong expertise in Mivan & Conventional residential projects.
