Assist project managers with admin tasks, docs, contracts, travel, and coordination.

Tasks

-Document printing/compiling for submittal to the client and submittal coordination, including distribution -Drafting project correspondence -Invoice distribution and tracking -Staff travel coordination -Coordinating and tracking contracts and related documents with our clients and subconsultants -Construction Administration support, including material and shop drawing submittal coordination and tracking -Reviewing, editing, and formatting technical documents -Document preparation and formatting in Microsoft Word and Excel

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree or previous experience in a Project Administrator, Finance, or related role -Ability to work on multiple projects, tasks, and with multiple Staff concurrently -Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office -Strong organizational and time management skills -Staff professional license renewal -Strong written and verbal communication skills
