Tasks

-Promote a safe work environment and reinforce strong safety habits across the shift -Help lead in continuous improvements by supporting SOP updates, post-crash reviews, and practical process improvements -Partner with the Shift Supervisor to keep the shift running smoothly and maintain a productive and team focused environment -Coach, train, and mentor your direct reports while encouraging skill growth and self-sufficiency

What You Bring

-Week 2 (48hrs): Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat -Experience leading others preferred -Ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions -Technical degree preferred -3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
