The Role

Overview

Oversee drywall division projects, manage staff, finances, and client relations.

Tasks

-Ensures implementation of the company safety plan. -Identify, recommend and implement solutions for operational improvement. -Organize and evaluate staff -Assist with evaluating Field implementation including: -Responsible to establish/submit cost controls for approval, implement and monitor controls for assigned projects including, but not limited to: -Builds, leads and motivates an effective management team (including field management w/ Dir of Operations and Dir of Field Management). -Cost Controls, including timely and accurate projections -Maintains strong relationships with clients via Marketing. -Management of Project Folders including, but not limited to: -Maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers and manufacturers.

What You Bring

This position requires a criminal background check and signing a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation Agreement -Demonstrated ability in meeting or exceeding goals with minimal direct supervision -Commercial Construction: 10 years (drywall preferred) -Construction Project Financial Management: 10 years (Preferred) -Demonstrated ability to produce in an high pressure environment -Bachelor's (Preferred)
